제품 특성상 파손을 방지 위해 충격완화 스티로폼과
제품 박스가 포함될 경우, 반드시 받으셨던 포장상태 그대로 재포장 꼭 부탁드립니다.

포장이 부실할 경우 반품제품이 회수되면서 파손이 되면,
환불 및 반품이 어려우니 이점 양해 부탁드립니다.

교환 및 반품이 가능한 경우

• 단순변심, 오배송 혹은, 상품의 품질에 문제가 있을 경우

• 제품수령일로 14일 이내 교환 및 반품 요청

• 추후 상품의 반품 완료 후 교환 및 환불 진행

교환 및 반품이 불가능한 경우

• 고객님의 책임이 있는 사유로 상품이 훼손된 경우
  (상품의 내용을 확인하기 위해 포장 훼손은 제외이나, 재판매가 불가능한 경우)

• 포장을 개봉하여 상품가치가 상실되거나 재판매가 어려운 경우

• 고객님의 일부 사용으로 인해 상품의 가치가 감소한 경우

• 고객님의 단순변심으로 인한 교환, 반품의 경우 부득이하게 상품 반송비용을 부담하셔야 한다는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

  • 단, 14일 이내 확인된 불량 및 오배송 건은 저희 부담입니다.

• 반품배송비 3000원 / 교환왕복배송비 6000원

• 반품 및 교환 택배는 반드시 저희 지정택배를 이용하셔야 편도 3000원이 부과됩니다.
  착불 3000원 초과 비용 택배비는 고객님 부담이오니, 양해 부탁드립니다.

To prevent damage during return, please repack the item in the original packaging, including protective materials such as styrofoam and the product box, exactly as you received it.

If the packaging is insufficient and the product is damaged during return shipping, refunds or exchanges may not be possible.

Cases Eligible for Exchange or Return

• Change of mind, wrong delivery, or product defect

• Request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product

• Exchange or refund will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected

Cases NOT Eligible for Exchange or Return

• Damage caused by the customer’s responsibility
  (e.g., product packaging damage beyond what is necessary for inspection, or when resale is impossible)

• Opened packaging that makes resale difficult or causes loss of product value

• Partial use of the product resulting in reduced value

Additional Information

• For exchanges/returns due to customer’s change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • However, in the case of confirmed defects or wrong deliveries within 14 days, the cost will be covered by us.

• Return shipping fee: 3,000 KRW

• Exchange (round-trip) shipping fee: 6,000 KRW

All returns and exchanges must be shipped using our designated courier service.
If using a non-designated courier, any additional shipping charges beyond 3,000 KRW will be the customer’s responsibility.
